Salary Range: $280,000 - $450,000 annually (based on SOMB data and the new PCCCM model) Our practice utilizes the Primary Care Physician Compensation Model (PCPCM), Alberta's innovative blended payment system that provides: - Base panel payments with complexity adjustments.
