Job Description: Provide intake assessments and follow-up care, including ultrasound-guided pain management interventions, 2-3 days per week in a well-established multidisciplinary chronic musculoskeletal pain management clinic in Central Alberta
Qualifications: Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA Current license to practice medicine in Alberta; recognized as a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; Malpractice Insurance
Overhead percentage structure - to be discussed with the candidates at time of interview.
