Alberta Health Services, South Zone, and the Department of Medicine at the Chinook Regional Hospital, invite qualified interested physicians to participate in regular Tier One shifts. The primary role of this position involves managing patient care in the ICU and CCU wards, as well as handling new admissions under the direct supervision of the attending Intensive Care physician, within the Chinook Regional Hospital. Tier One program schedule: 7 days/week 1700-0800. Interested physicians will have a background in Rural Emergency Medicine; General Practitioner Anesthesia; Emergency Medicine; General Internal Medicine or subspecialties of General Internal Medicine. Training requirements are supported.
Training requirements will be supported - Required Qualifications: - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); - Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Payment is at the Provincial Family Medicine ARP rate. Travel (meals/mileage) NOT included.
