Description: The successful applicant will join academic pediatric neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and pediatric physiatrists in providing a full spectrum of clinical services. This position is a Part time Fee for Service equivalent. The position includes clinical commitment to Stollery Children's Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital and Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. Training& certification in Nerve Conduction Study/Electromyography is required Clinical Responsibilities include: - Pediatric Neurology inpatient and outpatient clinical services, including but not limited to Inpatient consultation and follow up(General service, Neuro-Critical Care Service), General and subspecialty outpatient clinics, as well as the On Call schedule. - Pediatric Neurology NCS/EMG training
Qualifications: Interested applicants must have: • MD degree(or equivalent) • Completed subspecialty training in Pediatric Neurology • Must be certified or eligible to become a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Remuneration can range upwards to $500,000 depending on the number of shifts, patients seen, education & experiences.
